Who owns the content I record?

You do — 100%, always. Every frame of video and every second of audio belongs to you, whether you book a single session or a membership.

How many people can I bring?

The main set seats one to four guests comfortably, the corner set fits one to two, and we can expand to eight for panel-style recordings. Water, coffee, and restrooms are always included.

How long is a session?

Sessions run in two-hour blocks — enough for a full episode plus warm-up. Need more time? Additional hours are $50 each.

When can I record?

Standard hours are 9 AM–5 PM. With advance notice we open the studio from 7 AM to 10 PM; early or late sessions carry a $50 surcharge.

When do I get my files?

Raw files go home with you on a hard drive at the end of your session. Edited and mastered episodes are delivered in 2–5 business days — as fast as 72 hours on Pro Studio +.

Can I customize the look of my show?

Yes — the set includes multiple backdrop options and iPad-controlled lighting presets, so your show can have its own look episode after episode.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancellations are refunded on a sliding scale from full refund at 7+ days out through 72 hours before your session. Rescheduling is free with a week's notice and scales up to $100 for last-minute changes.
